Youth Worship 3rd Sunday Monthly
On the 3rd Sunday of each month our youth take over leadership roles for worship during the 10am hour. We feel it is an important part of ministry to include and educate our children in all aspects of church life and worship. Children who enjoy leadership roles often feel connected with purpose in their church and they stay more involved with Christian life styles into adulthood.
Here are some of the roles our youth participate in:
Acolyte
Worship Assistant (confirmed youth or young adult)
Children's Message
Ushers
Greeters
Reader
Communion Servers (confirmed youth or young adult)
Youth Praise Band: Lilyana Ash, Juliet Clark, Nathan Hawkins, and Andrew Govan.

Confirmation
For youth in the 7th and 8th grades
Confirmation is a public rite of the Church preceded by a period of instruction designed to help baptized Christians identify with the life and mission of the Christian community. The rite of confirmation provides an opportunity for the individual Christian, relying on God's promise given in Holy Baptism, to make a personal public confession of the faith and a lifelong pledge of fidelity to Christ.
